Gina's Story
Life
I have moved around quite a bit in my life, starting with being "smuggled" in a laudry basket when I was 6-weeks old (to save on the cost of motel rooms). I have lived in Miami for most of my life, with the exception of 2nd and 3rd Grades, where I lived in St. Petersburg, FL, and the five years I spent in North Georgia.
After graduating from high school, I stayed with my boyfriend for another 16 months. I met my ex in March 1995, then ended up getting married in June. We seperated in May 1998, and the divorce was finalized in January 2001.
I am still trying to go back to college. It's funny how you think you have all the time in the world to do the important stuff, but have no patience when it comes to doing things that contribute very little to your future welfare....Expand for more

Life has taken a few twists and turns I had not been prepared for, but through it all, I have relied on God to carry me through, and He has never let me down. I have been blessed with two beautiful children, and although being a parent requires sacrificing myself for them, I have found the joy in life I was looking for when I was in high school.
Having my daughter grounded me to reality. She is a blessing straight from God, and I can't imagine how anyone wouldn't love being a parent. My son is a handful, but well worth the trouble. I am raising both of them to honor God in all they say and do.
I always wanted to be a actress when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a foolish idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
