Ginger's Story
Life
I have lived in the Berlin/Ocean City, Maryland area since 1973. My husband and I have been married since 1974 and have 2 children, a son 26 and a daughter 22.
Our son, Robbie, is a graduate of Mt. St. Mary's College in Emmitsburg, Maryland. He currently lives in the Towson area with my brother Steve's son, and is a mortgage banker with Universal Mortgage of Columbia. After Robbie's graduation from The Mount, he coached and played professional lacrosse in England. He has had a wonderful career so far. He is not married at this point.
Our daughter, Audrey, graduated in 2004 from Stephen Decatur High School here in Berlin, Maryland. She is a licensed CNA for Atlantic General Hospital and is a medical assistant to one of the hospital's physicians at a satellite hospital location in Ocean View/Bethany Beach, DE. She is getting married in October. Her future husband works for my husband in his land surveying business.

ware and has his own business, Oceanbay Surverys, Inc. I am a paralegal for one of the larger law firms serving Ocean City/Ocean Pines. I work 4 days a week, mainly searching the land records or doing other court projects. I also own my own permit processing company, Permit INK, LLC, which expedites permits for houses, docks, piers, boatlifts, wetlands issues and some Board of Zoning Appeals matters in Worcester County, Maryland and Sussex County, Delaware.
I very rarely come up to the "City" even though my 3 brothers all still live up there - Pat's in Abingdon/Belair, Steve's in Cockeysville and my oldest brother, Ray, lives in the Parkville/Pleasant Plains area. My little sister, Colleen, lives in Cambridge, Maryland and owns the funeral home my parents, who are now deceased, purchased in 1974. She is also a licensed funeral director, as well as owning a cemetery/crematory. See, the Curran family tradition continues.
