Ginia (Ginny)'s Story
By the time our 50th comes around, hopefully we've done way too much to put in a few words. But, if anyone gives a hoot, I've been a busy bee. I have three way grown daughters I'm very close to, and 4 grandchildren, and 11 step grandkids. Plus 3 step and 3 step-step kids. I'm married to Pat for 12 years (anniversary photo above). He's retired RR. My Tucson based import business sold in '03 after 26+ years (it started out as a hobby!) and thought I'd go back to painting full time (my first career and my training...MFA) But I en...Expand for more
ded up in a 12 week screenwriting work shop and have written 10 scripts with more in the works.
It's the second most stupid thing one can do with one's time, but I'm addicted and it keeps me off the streets. Nothing's been produced, but it takes awhile. Not something one should start at our age, but I've never been accused of having a lot of sense.
We do all the usual stuff old folks do: Take cruises, drag our trailer to blues festivals, read a lot, see movies.
BTW, the most stupid thing one can do with one's time? Curling.
