Life
How does one sum up 1.7 decades in 4000 characters? Well, shamelessly promote the BLOG for starters. Just go to blogger and look up EmpressG1973. Read it. Be amused. Another way is to shamelessly promote one's quest for fundage to get to film school. Go to Cafe' Press. Shop. Help a poor (ok not so poor) college student (ok sometime college student).
If that's too much work, read the following:
I'm 33 years and a little bit. I was the youngest person in my graduating class. BIG whoop. I have 3 kiddos (Thing 1, Thing 2 & Thing 3) known as the Princesses Ella and Prince Lorenzo the Magnificent. I've been married twice and am currently married to my baby daddy. Ha ha ha. But seriously... The Prince Consort and I have been married since 2000 and the Royal Progeny arrived in 2002, 2004 & 2006 respectively. There are no plans for a 2008 model at this time.
In the intervening years between high school (Hail to thee, our Alma Mater) I:
Went to college, got engaged, broke it off, left college, worked in a movie theatre, married my boss, got divorced, taught balllroom dancing, competed in ballroom dancing, moved back to my home state (FLORIDA!!!), taught more ballroom dancing, met & married my husband, competed in ballroom dancing, had a back injury, retired from ballroom dancing, had 3 kids, gained <ahem> pounds, taught ballroom dancing at the local YMCA as a volunteer and am writing a screenplay about... you guessed it... ballroom dancing. Oh yeah. I moderate a local Yahoo! group about... ballroom dancing.
I own a number of websites and am engaged in e-commerce. I travel to SE Asia about every ...Expand for more
other year to visit the in-laws. I LOVE it there.
I am big into uhhhh dieting, guess. And gettig my butt whupped in a KickBoxing (martial arts style, not wussy cardio style) I'm a marshmallow, I admit it, but I dig beating things (those big boxing bag things) up. I've ripped the skin off my knuckles more than once while working the bags. I'm tough like that. ;-)
Ah yes... Film School... I'm finishing up my AA degree with emphasis on Film Studies and we'll see about getting my 4 year degree from the local University's film school. If I don't get my film done first and in distribution. The way things are going, it looks like the latter will happen before the former.
UPDATE: Entrance to UCF - DENIED. Well who needs 'em anyhow? [flounce]
Do I watch DWTS, SYTYCD and American Idol? Yes, Yes and No. I can't stand AI at this point. Used to watch it, don't care anymore. I'm of the opinion that any one of the tour show singers could smoke the teenage punks on that show. The only problem? We're too geriatric. And for goodness' sake... Billy Densmore was ~way~ more cruel than Simon ever could think about being. I think I learned to grow a thicker skin thanks to Billy.
As far as the dancing reality shows go, you'll have to read my blog to see where I stand on those. I haven't blogged about it yet, but I will.

Speaking of which, why isn't there an option to fill in what "other" means on the Q&A section? Or an "all of the above"? Why not put check boxes instead of radio buttons for EVERYTHING?
