Glenda's Story

I got married in 1961 and had 2 boys.I married Al Nipper and got divorced in 1970. I changed jobs a lot until I started working at Kentucky Fried Chicken on 441 in 1972 and then SteakNEgg Kitchen in 1978.I moved to Tallahassee in 1985 where my mom and sister were living. I worked SteakNEgg there until I moved to Fort Myers in 1992. iend Sherry. The Moose club had a band named the Fan taz-Sticks with Dusty and Reggie. They also played in Miami. I seen a lot of well knowns. Chubby Checker,Four Tops,Bobby Vinton,Charlie McCoy, etc at the War Memorial Aud. and Armory. In the 70s and 80s I went to Dania Jai Alai a lot. I miss that . I went to a lot of country western clubs too. I loved hearing Freddie King and Charlie Beard sing. Now my life is pretty boring. I work parttime,play games on the computer at pogo.com,shop Walmart, and watch my favorite shows. I'm content though.
