School

was a Majorette, in the French Club, and FBLA. I was also Homecoming Queen 1974.
College
I'm a 1978 Graduate of Norfolk State University. While at NSU, I continued to twirl the baton. I was one of the two Featured Twirlers in the NSU Marching Legion. BEHOLD THE GREEN AND GOLD!
I'm also a 1999 Graduate of Averett University where I received an MBA while working full time.
Workplace
After graduating from NSU, I worked for Richmond Public Schools for four years in their Human Resources Department, known at that time as Personnel.
I also taught Night School, Business Law and Typing Adult classes at the Richmond OIC.
In 1982, I started working for Virginia Power now Dominion. I am currently in the Human Resources Department.
