Glendon's Story

Life After high school I moved to Atlanta to attend Morehouse with Danny and Greg. Got a BS in Computer Science and moved to Charlotte NC with a gig with Dupont as system's analyst. Loved Charlotte, bought a house and stayed there for 4 years then decided to go to DUKE to get my MBA. After DUKE moved to Miami with Nationsbank (now engaged to a lady I met on my internship in Jamaica) worked with them for 2 yrs, broke off the engagement and moved to DC to work with the Interamerican Development Bank which gave me the opportunity to do international finance - LOVED IT! ...Expand for more
DC was great - but I knew I wanted to come home after 5 or so years. So after 5, I got engaged to my present wife Michelle and moved to Miami working with LNR as an asset manager for four years and had a baby girl Leandra in the process. Presently we live on Miami Beach and we are blessed with a good life together. As shown in the picture - I'm still running long distance (did the Marine Corp Marathon twice while I was in DC) and do at least 12 miles a week with my daughter. We occasionally do 5k's together also - pic is from the 2005 corporate run in Miami. Ciao GPH
