Glenn Dawson:  

After H.S. I attended college as a Psych major with a Zoology minor. Hated it. After two years I left school and went into the "real" world. I've held all kinds of jobs.You name it, and I probably did it at one time or another. Got seriously involved in Kung Fu training for about eight years. Competed in two international full-contact tournaments in Taiwan. Won a bronze medal as a middle weight, and won a silver medal in weapons demonstration. Became #2 instructor in our five Houston area schools. Worked for many years as a sign maker. Also had some success as a cartoonist. My cartoons were regularly published in humor periodicals during the '90s. My single panel cartoon feature "BuckShot" had a cult following, and I was a staff cartoonist for Seattle's comic newspaper "The Fishwrapper". I worked under the pen name "Buck Dawson" and I continue to go by this name today. In fact, no one has called me "Glenn" in over 20 years (not even my Mom!).
