Glenn's Story
I have done a number of things since I left south Texas.
I Married in 1975 to Marcy K Gatlin from Liberal, KS.
We started G&D Oilfield Services that year. Marcy and I ran until the mid-1980 went bankrupt after the Carter messed up the Oilfield Industry which I hauled for. After that we went to Colorado after that and received Chef training at a 5-Star Restaurant at Keystone Co. After a few months was put in charge of my first 5 Star Restaurants in Keystone. ur first restaurant in Garden City, Ks in 1990. Then we sold the restaurant in 1993. I went back to school at LAVTS in Garden City, KS and studied Computer/Communication Technology also studied electronics.
Then graduated from LAVTS went into the Industrial Electronics Field and went to work for Iowa Beef Packing Co and a Scale and Electronics Technician. It was bought out by Tyson Foods. I have been working in this field for over 15 years. I am thinking about retiring next May and starting another career. That is about it in a nutshell.
