Glenn Lowry:  

Life Dr Lowry was Foundation MBA Director in Abu Dhabi and retired from the post of Professor of Management Information Systems iin the College of Business and Economics of the United Arab Emirates University in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. He holds the PhD from Rutgers University. A founding member of the Australian Council of Heads of Department and Professors of Information Systems, he is well known in the Australasian information systems academic/ research community for his work in research higher degree supervision and research management. He served as Executive Member of that organisation in 1998. Dr Lowry held a number of senior academic posts in Australia and overseas and has served as a department head and dean on a number of occasions. His range of research and teaching interests spans the areas of software engineering, systems development, organisational technology uptake and change management, diffusion of innovations, research methods, and Electronic Commerce.
