In 2007 Mari and I purchased a new Harley in Daytona Beach, Florida. We flew down and picked it up May 7, 2007 and rode it up the East coast to Buffalo to vist my daughter. From there Mari flew to Chicago to vist relative and I toured the lower 48 before riding home to Alaska. The trip totled 8800 miles and convinced me I was not ready for an Electra Glide, upon return I traded it for the HD Road King.
Married; I have two lovely daughtrs and a son My youngest graduated from high school June 2001 and married , July 2007. I have a 15 year old granddaughter in Elma N.Y. and our second was born 1,9,12 in Anchorage.

ne trip from Alaska to Mexico and 6 transcontinental tours. America is still out there on the two lane, great people great memories. Training for these trips is a daily event and is more difficult every year, but I still think I have a few good years left in me. At the end of Aug. 2008 I rode a bike up the highway from Washington for a my son, ALCAN trip # 18. He couln't get vacation and someone had to do it. retiring 8/31/12, putting a Bigfoot camper on my truck and spending a year on the road looking for a place to settle in the lower 48. I shipped my bike to a friend in Florida so when we finnaly settledown I can pick it up and ride to where ever we settle.
Come to Alaska were the air and water are clean and "we don't care how they do it outside" I will miss the "Last Frontier" It has been very good to both of us, but is is time to see America one more time and feel the climate of opinion----- you can't depend on the media. hahaha. From there South America by motorcycle.
