Glenn's Story

Life I'm actually writing a book. Gave up the drug culture in 1980, built a rather successful, marriage, family and businesses...etc(Not what most would have imagined,I was Blessed!) Life was nearly perfect, and I was reaching the plateau in my business, when a drywall contractor who was a methhead decided I needed a little steel spike to the brain to keep me from assuming his contracts as well as my own. That was 1991. avalanche for a decade. I was treated better when I was a druggie, than was suffering traumatic brain injury, a serious medical problem NOT self induced! Finally treated in 2001. From 2002 until 2007 I've had to backtrack so much just to figure out what happened during the 1990's. The nice thing about drugs is they wear off, brain injury keeps going, and going, and going until properly treated.I wouldn't wish it on anyone. hat things are not as simple as, "Are you stoned, stupid or both?" Were it not so traumatic for myself and family, It would be a hilarious comedy. it could have been remedied ASAP but it wasn't. Me? The more the infection grew the less I recalled. couldn't even recall how to run the businesses I created, but I could recall being 4years old like the here and now for years. Don't be sad for me...be of good cheer. If you know someone in the same boat, get with me. More than the person afflicted, the family. At least they are in a state to reason and understand the wisdom I have to share and they need to know so they can be part of the solution/recovery rather than making things worse or hindering someone's recovery. Enjoy my silly photos and such and remember "A nickles worth of Dain Bramage goes a long way!" God Bless P.s. No I'm not well...but everyone says, "I'M DAMNED GOOD AT IT!!!!!"
