Glenn Geisler:  

After graduation in May of 1981, I attended Kansas State, then finished at Washburn from 1983 - 1988, graduating with a AAS in Banking, and a Bachelors of Business Administration. I married Paula Lemon (Washburn Rural 1983) in August of 1987 after dating since April of 1981. I worked at Commerce Bank & Trust for 7+ years before starting the Glenn Geisler Agency of American Family Insurance. After 2 years in the insurance industry, my first child (daughter Allison) was born in Sept of '93. I started working for Toys R Us in December of 1993, and in June of 1996 my second child was born, and in 1997 we all moved to Lee's Summit, MO where I transferred with Toys "R" Us to the Distribution Center and worked until 2000 as an Inventory Management Asst Mgr. Paula and I added two more sons (1999, and 2002) while living in Lee's Summit. In 2000 I transferred back to the store level, accepting an Asst. Mgr. position in a Babies "R" Us store. After working for 6 years as an ASM, I was promoted to my own store, Store Manager of Wichita, KS location, December of 2018 I would have celebrated 25 years with the "R" Us organization, but my store was closed in April of 2018.
