glenn's Story

Life I joined the U.S.Army Mlitary Police Corps in "84, just out of high school. I returned to the area for a while before taking off and chasing the dream of endless parties and visions of paradise in Florida. I found plenty of both. I have been a bartender in Orlando since '90. I now live in Gainesville Fl. attending U of F. I'm still wild and crazy and travel extremely light. I have no kids, no x, no wife and no girl friend. I plan on moving to California either before or after law school. I have been in love 4 times all resulting in 3+yrs however, like smoking, I quit the habbit. School I did not do very well academically in HS. I was too busy looking for love and parties. I still haven't found the "one" and probably won't but, I sure have found alot of parties. I am still proud of growing up in west creek/EP. My peeps from back in the day, Maynard, Griffy, Larry, and Carl. Boy, did we get into some trouble?! I also relish the time I spent with two girls in particular Kristen Stegner and Kris hair. I hope they are doing well, and my boyz from the hood as well. Peace! College I completed my AA at Valencia CC. in Orlando Fl. I was accepted at the University of Florida and am finishing my undergrad there now. I plan on attending either Florida Law School or the law school at the University of Southern California, which is where I wish to practice. My undergrad degrees will be in psychology and philosophy. I would ultimately like to use my P...Expand for more
sych degree to specialize in jury selection and profiling. Workplace After leaving the military and finding my way to Orlando, I became a life-long bartender(soon to change). For my experience, It has been the most rewarding job of my life. It's a dicey job that includes everything from ass kissing to fights. People are different when they drink. If you can master the ins-n-outs of the job, even famous people will will show a side that not many get to see. People will often tell you their secrets. The gatekeeper of secrets is the most important part of bartending because, a vast amount of experiences allows the bartender to refect on their own life and make life decisions based on what they have seen work and not. Military I enlisted in the delayed entry program early in my senior year.I entered the U.S.Army Military Police Corps and finally shipped off for Ft.McClellan Al.On Oct.17th 1984.After boot camp I attended MP school and received orders to report to The United States Diciplinary Barracks (U.S.D.B.)Ft.Leavenworth, Kansas to work in the largest prison in the U.S. military. There I was appointed to a SWAT team called the Special Response Team(SRT).I was extensively trained in riot control, pistol&shotgun marksmanship, bloodhound tracking, unarmed defense, biulding assult, and forced cell moves. My enlistment was over on Oct. 17,1987 and used my honorable discharge and law enforcement experience as an inspiration to work toward law school.
