Gloria's Story
After finishing high school I hung around Calgary for two years working at AGTL before leaving to follow my dream to sing. Three years in Victoria (which I remember with great fondness), 3 years in Boston to complete my Undergraduate degree, Calgary for 6 months to work 3 jobs and save for graduate school, Phoenix for 2 1/2 years to complete Masters Degree.
After school was over I moved to New York where my boyfriend was working in the finance industry. I worked as a nanny for Nora Ephron for a bit and then for Merrill Lynch and The Bank Street School for Children; all the while studying, auditioning and performing for small opera companies in the New York area.

a voice studio of my own which quickly filled and has kept me busy ever since. For the next 4 years I devoted myself full time to singing and had many wonderful opportunities and roles.
In 1996 we welcomed our son and 1999 our daughter. Their activities and antics keep us very busy and to add to the fun we have Bentley the bulldog.
In 1999 we moved to London, Emgland for 2 wonderful years. We travelled extensively and saw a good bit of the world. What a fabulous city London is and the entire UK. I tried to convince the rest of the family to stay but alas New York was calling them all back so here we are - back in the USA.
In a nutshell, that is that. I am not sure if I am able to come to the reunion yet but hope to see you there if I can manage it.
