Gloria's Story
I have been married for 22 years. My husband Steve and I have two children ages 18 and 15. After working at Kimberly-Clark for 26 years the plant closed down. I worked there with Dale Goodman and David Bracken. I spent 5 years as a teaching assistant at the Elementary school where my children attended. At age 48 I made the decision to go back to school to pursue my lifelong dream of being a nurse. In December 2007 I graduated nursing school and am now a registered RN. I have two dogs and a bird. I enjoy being with my husband (my soulmate) and the children God has blessed me with.
I worked on the 30 year reunion with David Walters and I enjoyed seeing everyone and have rekindled many friendships. There is nothing like a friend that knew you way back when. It was soooo very special to see Mr. Ball again at the reunion. He was an inspiration to me and I felt that he gave his heart and soul to us and I am grateful for that to this day!!
