I retired from the Federal Government in July 2004, after 38 years of service (the traveling was no longer fun). I have enjoyed each year of retirement life. I have traveled to 5 of the 7 Continents, with a desire to visit one more (Australia). I have no desire to travel to Antarctica. I keep busy running a home based business. -workers, and often meet them for lunch. I work 5 hours per week as a volunteer at AARP, and also serve as a volunteer at my local church. I have received abundant blessings, and I'm grateful for each one. I have one adorable granddaughter, and yes, I have spoiled her.
