Gloria's Story
I left Messick after sophomore year, moved to Atlanta, GA and attended Sequoyah High School for my junior year. We moved again, this time to Birmingham. AL where I attended my senior year, graduating in 1968.
I went to college at Radford University in Virginia. obtained by B.S. in Education and M.S. in Elementary Guidance. I met my husband, Larry who went to our neighboring school, VA Tech during our freshman year, and we married in 1971. We have two children, Emily and Travis, both married with two children each.

lotte, NC, Chicago, IL and now outside Atlanta, GA in Cumming, GA.
After graduation from college I taught elementary school, then became an elementary guidance counselor. Upon our move to Chicago, I got my real estate license and enjoyed that for 8 years before going into the corporate world at Siemens Nuclear Medicine in the Sales and Marketing group. Now I'm at McKesson in the McKesson Capital group as a Sales Marketing Manager.
Larry and I love traveling - Mexico, Canada, Europe and throughout the US - especially Chicago and Pittsburgh where our grandchildren live!!
