Life
I am happily married--it took me until my 40's to find my soul mate. Life brings much joy and satisfaction but, my god, it is going fast! I am fortunate to have good physical (and mental health),I have a close circle of family and friends to whom I am devoted. In many ways, I feel as I did in high school. I still love hiking, skiing and am a voracious reader. Workplace
During the 80's I languished in the world of business. By the time I was thirty, I could no longer tolerate the descrepancy between who I was on the inside with what I was doing on the outside. To rememdy my first mid-life crisis ( and having watched too much Bob Newhart in the 70's ) I returned to university to pursue counselling psychology.
I love what I do. Working with people in times of challenge is a great privilege. There is no day that is not rewarding and meaningful.
