Gordon's Story

Gordon is from Norwalk, California. He is Married to Mandy Russell and has five children. For his freshman and sophomore years he attended John Glenn High School, but transferred to Santa Fe High School his junior and senior year to attend it's Occupational Auto-shop Classes. He later attended Cerritos College. He works at Graybar Electric Company in Salt Lake City and has been in the electrical industry for over 25 years now. Gordon's interests include Wood Working, Guns, Cars, and drag racing. Drag racing is in it's third generation in his family. It started with his dad racing top fuel dragsters when Gordon was young and now he and his daughter (she's the driver) participate in some local drag racing events and local car shows as a hobby. ...Expand for more
He is a USC Trojan football fan, but really doesn't care for Pro Football. He has enjoys a wide selection of music including Rock, Pop Rock, Country, Classical, and Broadway to name a few. Some of his favorite bands includes Pat Benatar, Journey, Toto, STIX, & Abba. Thou he's not a avid reader he does enjoy reading The New Testament, The Old Testament, The Book of Mormon. Movies he likes include The Matrix, The Matrix, Avatar. TV shows he likes include Stargate Atlantis, Stargate SG-1, Top Gear. One of Gordon's favorite quotes is:"If you consider cars sacred objects, and find yourself treating them with adoring reverence, while others consider your enthusiasm to be fanatically extreme, then you are a certified car nut. Welcome to the Club!".
