Grant's Story
Life
I left to go to school in Florida, and now I live in Nashville, and married again with a two year old. My first marriage didn't work out but I did have two wonderful sons. One of my sons (Keith) attends USC and is on the cheerleading squad, and my other one (Grant) is working hard and providing for him and his family. It sure has been a long time since I attended Spring Valley. Every time I come back to Columbia; I always bring my family back down memory lane. I always have a different memory to share with each visit. I miss everything about those years. I corresponded with Tommy Delk; he is doing well in Switzerland. Has anyone seen or heard from Troy Collins? I have been trying to track her down, but no luck. I hope everything is well with you too. Jerry (Grant)
School

on a teacher was Ms.Boozer. I would not change anything because it made who I am today. I remember in 8th grade homeroom at Dent when C.O. passed gas and blamed it on me. I started laughing so hard I could not defend my honor. C.O. and I always played tricks on each other. We were best friends growing up; I haven't heard from him since school. I had a crush on Troy Collins, but she was dating C.O. at the time, but we did everything together; I took her to the dance, etc.
College
Worked my way through school an obtained a B.A. in Accounting along with two classes short of an MBA in Healthcare, but I don''t care or have to prove anything to anyone to finish two more classes. I spent 15 years as a Accountant/Controller. I am currently working with the State of Tennessee winding down my career.
