Alberta & BC, I retired in April 2011 (woo hoo)!
Was married for over 25 years, but in the last year or so achieved a different kind of "Freedom 55", so instead of starting on a new chapter of life in retirement, I'm getting the opportunity to begin writing a whole new book, all good!! I have 2 kids, son is at university and daughter is finishing off a course at SAIT.
Travel is definitely a part of life and there's lots more of that ahead! Keeping busy still by contracting back to the BC government and currently a quasi-small "p" politician on the town council in Invermere. Involved with international consulting in forestry for the federal government in developing countries on a volunteer basis.
