Greg's Story
I've been living in the Penninsula area of Va.(close to Va. beach) for the last ten years as a buyer for an automotive group.I decided to move back up here last May, when I got remarried,after 10 years of being single in Va.Beach.Unfortuneately,this marriage was short lived and we're allready divorced.I love being back up here and around my friends-Bill Wrenn, George Pentoliros and look forward to re-connecting with all my friends from yesteryear.Has it really been almost 40 years since we graduated from those hallowed halls of dear old HHS.  Hard to believe we have a 40th re-union coming up in a year.Now,I don't want to hear any excuse about why you can't attend this re-union.No ridiculous excuses about "I've put on too much weight",My hair is falling out or turning gray"!! nged.We aren't, nor will we ever be 18 again.Embrace life, and who and what we are.If we wait another 10 years to attend the next re-union,the realities are that some of us won't be here.Sad but true.I live my life like I played my sports in high school-with a passion and an appreciation.I was told by some Seniors when I was a Freshman, to play like every play was the last play of your Senior year.I did that,and as a result, I have some great memories to reflect back upon, and no regrets about wishing I had played a little harder.I live my life the same way."You can't control the way you die-but You can control the way you live".Enjoy it-Live it, and don't take tomorrow for granted.  And so ends todays lesson in Philosophy 101.Drop me a line and rattle the cobwebs out of this graymatter.Smile-it's contagious.!!
