Life
My favorite way to get in touch with people is by using gregburborn(a)aol.com .
After High school I, I spent two years strggling with engineering program at Virginia Tech. The best part of that was working for the Navy at the shipyard. I had nearly free run of the ships in the yard--subs to aircraft carriers. I even got to go to sea on a test run. After leqaving VT, I went to Vermont were my parents had gone. I worked in security, hoping for a police job. I became a medic in the Vermont National Guard. this prompted me to go back to school at Penasacola Christian College. nd a half before a serious illness forced me to return to Vermont. After I recoved, I began to work as a carpenter.
I picked a large church, hoping that there would be some single ladies there. I asked on out, a secretary. She brought along her roommate, a cop. For the next 9 years we worked our jobs. Finally, I got talked into trying nursing school again, I had been a volunteer EMT for years. This time I graduated and went into hospital nursing, correctional nursin and finally home care.
About this time we also adopted Joshua, who was four weeks old. He has grown into a strong, kind and witty eleven year old.
