Life For what it's worth...and if anyone cares, here goes. After Behrman, I went on to college with less then stellar success, since I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do. Well, as fate would have it, a Naval Aviation recruiting team visited campus one day and I saw the light. After numerous tests, I was selected for flight training with the Coast Guard and went on to six years of active duty. After flight training I went to Mobile, AL, with a unit that supported polar operations and made two extended deployments to the Antarctic. You can believe that was a far cry from New Orleans! I was then stationed in Detroit, MI, where I flew search and rescue, law enforcement and a variety of other missions. After active duty, I remained in the reserves and finished college with BS in Chemistry of all things (Mr. Weyer would be amused). While never the chemist type, I went on to a career in medical equipement sales and sales management, selling major hospital and surgical equipment.
