Gregg's Story
Life
I graduated Maynard Evans High in 1974. Married first time in 74 to Kim Clemens. Married for 22 years. Worked as a carpenter for one year prior to joining SeaWorld as a Laboratory Technician. Became the Asst. Curator of Marine Mammals and Birds in 1981 and the Director of Plant Engineering in 1993. Currently, I'm the Director of Water Quality, managing the animal life support processes and manufacturing all of the artifical saltwater etc. Have two children and two grandchildren. Remarried in 1996. I live in the Mt. Dora area of Lake County and enjoy many of the same hobbies I had in high school: riding motorcycles and currently the President of the Central FLorida Cruisers in Lake County FL. Still play guitar and have a small two man band. I'm now planning retirement and began a Home Inspection business in...Expand for more
Lake County. Still have 7 years to go but, it just feels better knowing the hectic pace of Corporate America will be but a fine memory :) Gregg Case
Workplace
My SeaWorld career started in June of 1975 and I've been there ever since. I have always been involved with the animals in some way or another as a lab tech where I started through the time spent as the Asst. Curator of Marine Mammals & Birds, Director of Plant Engineering and now as the Director of Water Qulaity, managing all of the marine animal life support systems at SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. I will soon celebrate my 30th anniversary with SeaWorld Orlando and even though I love what I do and can't imagine doing anything else, I am looking forward to retirement at some point in time and spending plenty of that time in the saddle of my motorcycle.
