Gregg's Story
I spent 13 years writing for the Johnson City Press. The last 6 were spent as the Outdoors writer/editor.
In August 2008, I moved to Edgefield, South Carolina as Managing Editor of the National Wild Turkey Federation's flagship magazine, "Turkey Call." I am also editor of the NWTF's national newsletter, "The Caller...Expand for more
."
Moving away from home was the biggest decision I have had to make, but you have to go where the opportunities take you.
It's an adjustment, but the job is good and living in a small town always suited me. Besides, I'm just a half hour from Aiken, South Carolina and Augusta, Georgia.
