I love to read, walk, study, teach, drink coffee, go to Powell's Bookstore in Portland, OR, spend time in Cannon Beach, OR, and take frequent trips to Cuba to work with churches there.
I eat too much, but through Celebrate Recovery and Overeaters Anonymous I am learning how to eat less and move more. I love watching old movies (and some new ones), and Teresa and I play at lot of Scrabble (face-to-face, online and on my PDA) ... she usually wins.
We had an Airedale Terrier named Sophie from 1993-2006 ... she died of liver disease. On 28 November 2006 we brought Maggie home to live with us. She was a 10-week-old Airedale Terrier puppy.
