Dose number two of Moderna from my friend nurse Jennifer. All done for now.
Listening to the blues from Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Buddy Guy.
A little blacktail buck with antlers in velvet came to visit this morning. Everybody (squirrels, wild turkeys, geese, and deer) are loving the acorns around the cabin.
Four generations on my father's side. Great grandfather Richard George White, grandfather Charles Omar White, father Charles William White and me. Is there a family resemblance?
Fourth of July baseball. Fireworks to follow. Tacoma Rainiers at Reno Aces.

Not everything burned in the fire.
This was located on Obenchain Mountain on the old military road between Fort Klamath and Jacksonville. About halfway between Eagle Point and Butte Falls.
Great great grandfather John Allen Obenchain.
Great-grandparents William Henry and Lucinda Obenchain Chambers with daughter Dolly.
At lunch with my older relatives: cousin Chrystal King, brother John White, cousin Debbie McMullinDebbie.
With Chrystal King and Debbie McMullin.
Your great-grandmother Amanda Lee Cook Lucas in 1918.
Your great-grandfather John Hamilton Lucas.
Go Seahawks!! (Probably my last chance to trash talk this season. My team has nothing.)
This is the way to travel. Just outside Chico headed to Sacramento on Amtrak Coast Starlight. Got tired of listening to people snoring in coach. I now have the entire lounge car to myself.
The old Butte Falls Hotel built by the Chambers family in Butte Falls. The reason this looks wrinkled is because this is a square on history quilt in the museum.
The cars are lining up for Hot August Nights.
A lot of work for not much to eat. Tasty though!
