Jan 2009 Well who says dreams never come true? After 30 years of waiting, I had given up hope of ever finding a HS theater program to teach in. Then lo and behold out of no where came an offer from the HS in my district down here in AZ, where I had come to teach Soc Studies, to begin a theater program from scratch. Well that was spring 2007. Our first year, 07-08, we had a great season with four productions including: "And Then They Came for me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank, The Timid Dragon, my own adaptation of A Christmas Carol, and the musical Godspell. This year I have pulled out all the stops and so far we have already had four shows on our stage, taken two of them on the road, and we still have half a year to go!
