Gus's Story
Life
After graduation, I had a couple of jobs, went to school, and finally joined the Air Force in January 1979. Got married to an L.A. girl in September 1979. We had two kids, Rick, now 27 and Pam 24. We lived in Washington State, Victorville CA, Tokyo Japan, Honolulu HI (10 years), and finally settled down in Colorado Springs CO. One thing about Colorado is the cold. We had a 40 degree drop in temperature one day within 30 minutes. This was in May! In Hawaii, we kinda missed the seasons (perpetual summer) but loved living there.
