Gus's Story

Hi Chiefs, (hope its politically correct today to use 'Chiefs'). Remember back in high school we'd stare out the window during class and it seemed like forever until the bell would ring-- and now the years go by like days! Today, I still work for BNSF Railway, where I started in summer of '1976 when at CRHS, and never left the railroad company. It's the only job I've ever had (other than picking strawberries and working one week at the Red Steer as a cook in '75). ll Drive-in to watch 'Jaws' and I couldn't go because I was starting my railroad career the next morning. I'm sure Bob Montogomery (choir teacher) would be shocked over my work dedication. I left Vancouver for Seattle in '86 and have since lived in Montana and back to Seattle, where I'm at now. My brothers and I still have my parents house in the Lakeshore area. I miss the 70's, Classmates from Columbia River and Steak Burger- not Red Steer! *If you'd like, you can read my life profile on Google: 'Greeks in Washington, All the Live Long Day'.
