Hans's Story
I was employed one week after high school graduation. I worked at StorageTek in Frankfurt for 27 years. I never really left Germany, except to visit my wonderful parents in Denver once in a while. StorageTek was purchased by Sun in June 2006. I got laid off in Feb 2007. Well, after 28 years at Sun/StorageTek it was time to see a personal change. It took me close to a year to get a new job, but all the searching paid off. I'm employed again and it feels great. Who really cares about money? Life is great when you have friends who care.

as simple. Go to school, learn something and get back home to start all over the next day. Ok, being grown up isn't easy either. But that is what we want when we're kids, right?
I have been married and divorced in the meantime. My son, who now lives with his mother for the last 13 years, doesn't want to see me. It's sad, but I don't want to force him. Maybe some day....
Oh, well. I'll just live my own life.
My hobbies include biking, nature and amateur radio.
If anyone wants to get in touch, just mail. It's simple. And, yes, the class of 1979 in Wuerzburg, Germany was great. I really liked my friends and teachers. Keep rockin' '79! Bye now, Hans
