Harlean's Story
Life
After graduation, I moved to Cedar Rapids to work. On June 2,1960 I married Paul Jerry Greathouse. We have 3 grown kids, 7 grandkids and 4 great grands. In 1972, we moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and have been here since that time. I presently work in local Kroger stores part-time as a merchandiser. We also are Arts and Crafts show vendors selling woodcrafts and Wood Yard Art. We are enjoying our senior years doing the things we enjoy. Of course my siblings are scattered throughout the USA, but have a few of them in Hot Springs, including my Mother who turned 82 this spring.

I am still in Hot Springs Arkansas. My husband passed away on June 8, 2014. We celebrated 54 years of marriage on June 2, 2014. We lost our oldest son, Scott in January from complications of diabetes. My daughter Robin, lives in Layton, and my son Steve lives in Licking, Missouri.I am still making hand painted yard art although I no longer do craft shows. I have been selling on the internet on my own website for 8 years now. My great grandchildren now numbers 15 with 2 more on the way.My mother passed away at the age of 91. She had lived in Hot Springs for many years.
