Went to see and hangout with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band with Fanya in Salem. A good time was had by all.

First complete day on our trip to Oregon. Old Montreal is fabulous, but pricey. Spent yesterday morning loading up truck and cleaning house eventually heading North and arriving in Montreal at 4:30. Hotel Bonaparte is fabul
Made it to Niagara Falls after our great stay in Montreal. Our next stop will be the Rock’N’Roll Hall of Fame. Cleveland Rocks!
4 hours wasn’t enough to go through the Hall. Just a fabulous mixture of history, music, and pure fun. A must see.
After leaving LaCrosse, Wisconsin this morning we ended up having lunch in Minnesota next to Lake Okaneba at a Mexican restaurant. We then continued on our journey to South Dakota.

Made it to Mount Rushmore. Enjoyed the museum and history, but the blatant commercialism leading up to the park was a little too much.
