Heather's Story

Life After graduating I went on to college. I completed my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, then went on to Rowan University where I completed my Degree in Special Education. During my college years, I worked in an early childhood education center, where I was both teacher and management. Today, I am a middle school special education teacher in Barrington, NJ. d my college career at Lebanon Valley College in Annville PA, just outside of Hershey. After being there for one year, I realized it wasn't the place for me, so I packed it up and moved back home. That fall, I started at Camden County College, although it was only to be temporary, I ended up staying long enough to complete my Associate Degree in Early Childhoood Education. I then moved onto Rowan University where I majored in Education and graduated with my Degree in Special Education. Workplace I am currently a 6th, 7th and 8th grade special education teacher at Woodland School in Barrington NJ.
