Jane's Story
Life
In a nutshell, I won a full tuition scholarship for college to the Art Institute of Ft.Lauderdale..after graduating, I succeeded in accomplishing my professional goals. Aside from that I have raced cars, put together more fashion shows, been living a fulfilling life.. (a bit crazy though), lived in Mexico, NYC..then I got married in Miami (Sonesta Key) and then moved out to Brentwood (Los Angeles) for 2 years for my husband to get his MBA at the Anderson School UCLA. Anyways, my husband was offered a dream job and so we relocated to Houston (May '06). Now we are getting ready for a trip to Europe. There's alot more to it than this but you'd be reading a novel. I hope to run into some of you in good ol' Vero Beach.
School
School? I didnt like high school very much..I got very bored with it and just focused on getting out of it. Sorry!
College
I went to the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale and had way too much fun down there in the SoBe scene.

Workplace
During college, my fun job was working at a latenight coffeehouse club! But from meeting and working with Carolina Herrera on a show in high school, later I took the path of fashion Marketing and was the Marketing Director of the Outlet Center in Vero Beach for awhile...yep..when it was Horizon Outlet Center and when it was Prime Outlet Center -a few notable moments there were working with Tommy Hifiger group on their temp store and Versace's grand opening. Then later I moved and worked at the Design Center of the Americas. It is one of the largest (interior) design centers in the world exclusive to the trade and I worked there as the Marketing Manager overseeing a staff of 4. After that, I moved to Mexico and took on a whole new challenge and taught (spanish) to preschool children in English through the creative arts. Now I have my own vintage clothing business online and work at my own schedule.
