Heather's Story

Hi! After high school, I graduated from Kennesaw State with a degree in Early Childhood Ed. I got married to Lyle Cartwright (someone I met at church) in 1994. I taught school (K and 1st) in Paulding Co. for 4 years before quitting after the birth of my first child in 1998. After being a stay-home mom for 7 years, (2 kids...Expand for more
-Anna Kate is 10 and Grant is almost 7) I went back to teaching when Grant went to school. I now teach at Midway Covenant Christian School on Dallas Hwy. where my kids attend. I'm still best friends with Vicki Berisford (now Hand) who lives in Phoenix. Who can believe we graduated almost 20 years ago?! We aren't that old!
