Heather's Story

Life I am posting this bio in May, 2005, as we are preparing for our ten-year reunion. Hope to see you all there, Class of '95! I live in Puryear, have a wonderful husband named Scott, and a daughter named Addison who was born on January 4, 2004. I work in Murray as a legal assistant at the law firm of Overbey & Adams. I hope to hear from all of my old friends soon! College After graduating from HCHS in 1995, I attended Union University for one semester. I returned home to Puryear in December, 1995, and started at Murray State University in January, 1996. I graduated from MSU in May, 2000, with a BS in Graphic Communications Technology/Printing Management (I now work at a law firm with no prospect of ever using that degree!)....Expand for more
I got married on June 3, 2003, to a man I met while we were both working at Wal-Mart (the only good thing that came out of that job for either of us). His name is Scott Delaney, although most people in Puryear know him as "Petey." He is from Northern Kentucky and came to this area to go to MSU. He now works for the grand City of Puryear. Workplace I worked my way through college at Wal-Mart, where I met my husband, Scott. After that, I worked for three years at Mercantile Bank, which became Firstar Bank, and is now U.S. Bank (ahh, the transitions), in Murray. While working there, I became acquainted with a local attorney, William C. "Chip" Adams, III. In March, 2002, Chip hired me as his assistant, and that is where I remain!
