Heather's Story
Life
Life is good for us. After graduation, I moved to San Diego. I got married young, at 20. My body quickly decided it needed to have children, despite my being adamant up to that point that I didn't want to be a mom! I had my first daughter in feb 92 and that did it for me, I knew what I wanted to do! My second, a son, was born 16 months after her. After my (then) husband got out of the marines, we moved to vermont so he could be closer to home. We had baby #3 in 96, another boy. The marriage didn't work out, but we remain very close and he is very involved in their lives. ng mutiny of just up and moving on him, here we remain. I've worked full time most of this time, but was able to take the last 3 years off to be home full time and it was great! Now with the youngest being in preschool, I picked up where I left off with work. Which means I can't just pack the kids in the car and head to jersey anymore, but what can you do? Summer is nice in Vermont, but 2 weeks goes by really fast. The rest of the year is snow/mud and cold. My family is still all in jersey and I keep saying someday we'll make it back down there, but who knows? Not many people have stayed in touch with me through the long haul of me being away, but there are a couple that are stuck with me forever. I'd love to hear from anyone and everyone and get to see how everyone is doing. Feel free to drop me a line anytime!
