Hello
Hi to anyone in the Davenport Central class of 89 it is hard to believe it has been 18 years since we graduated . Here is a little about me since then . After High school I was not sure what path to take then in 1992 . I started to work in the child Care field I started at the ymca working with the latchkey kids in different schools I worked there for 4 years and then went to work for Creative world preschool as a three year old teacher and I worked there untill 2001 when I left Davenport for West DesMoine Iowa for a job opertunity My sister was already living in the area so I went for it . after a few set backs I have been at Apple Tree childrens center for 4a...Expand for more
nd a half years. I work with 3yr olds our center is acredited and we follow the creative curriculm and have 16 children in our room there is never a dull momment I chose child care because I enjoy teaching and molding young minds of our future. I did attend classes at Scott community collage and have earned my CDA child development certification. In my spare time I like to do crafts and spend time with family my sister and her husband and my neice . My parents still live in Davenport and I make it home as much as possible . I did come home and participated in the Alumni band during the 100 year celebration in 2005 of Central High I remember alot about central class of 89 rules
