After graduation, I went to an art school in Miami,FL.. My grandfather was having health problems,so I left after one year and moved back to Florence. I worked at Red Lobster when it first opened,but had to quit after a year due to a car accident my mother and I were in. After about a year went by,I was able to start a new job at Salem Sportswear in Industrial Park and stayed there for three years until it was bought out by Fruit of the Loom and shut down. I dated,then moved in with a man I met while working at the factory. My son Montana was born in 1994 while we still lived in Florence. We moved to Georgia in 1996,and even got to see the Olympic Torch run. We then moved to Maine in 1997 to be near my father,but jobs there were not as plentiful in January of 1998,so we then moved to North Carolina, where my daughter Cierra was born in 1999.
