Heidi's Story
Life
I'm in the Air Force, stationed in Langley AFB, Virginia. I've been happily married for 17 years and have 3 children. My oldest, Chantelle, is in North Carolina and slowly working toward her degree in Education. My other 2 children are boys, ages 12 and 16. I couldn't ask for a better family. They're my world.
School
During my childhood I moved around a lot, between my mom and dad; but, I'll always consider Animas/Rodeo my hometown. I met many friends during my transitions but unfortunately never stayed in touch. I now hope to reconnect with them and make a few new friends along the way.
College

ve come a long way and am proud to say I successfully completed my degree in accounting, graduating with highest honors. I'm now working on my Master's and hope to complete that by.....whenever I get motivated again.
Workplace
I'm in the Air Force - since 1993.
Military
I enlisted in the Air Force in 1993. After completing my accounting degree, I was commissioned to 2nd LT in 2002. I'm currently stationed in Virginia with my husband and 2 boys. I plan on retiring from the Air Force sometime after 2013, but I'm not sure where we'll finally plant our feet. But it will be somewhere in the beautiful Southwest.
