Heidi's Story
Life
After graduation I traveled to Europe for a summer with the United States Collegiate Wind Band, then settled into work (Assistant Manager at McDonald's) and school (LCC - 2 years studying everything, 1 year in the TV Production Department). In 1986 I decided I would learn more about TV by just doing it so I moved to L.A. to "get into the business". After a season as a Production Assistant on "Star Trek: TNG", I became Assistant to the Line Producer. I then became a Production Coordinator and did all 7 seasons of "Star Trek: DS9", the last season of "Profiler" and 2 seasons of "CSI". I...Expand for more
lost my job in a production shuffle when "CSI: Miami" came out. Got married in 1993 to a Best Boy Grip, Waverly, whom I met on "Star Trek: DS9" and we have 3 children: Clayton (21, by his previous marriage), Taylor (15) and Hayden (14). We bought a house on 10 acres in Creswell in 2004 and the kids and I moved up. Wave was supposed to work 2 more years (coming home for visits) until he had his years in for retirement. He decided he wanted to stay down there with someone he met so we were divorced in 2006. The kids and i moved to the Bethel area in 2006 and I started working for the OLCC.
