Heidi's Story
Life
I have been married to Todd, for 14 years. We have two children, Kendall (9) and Aidan (5). We live in the Columbus, Ohio area.
I work as a therapist for a drug/alcohol treatment facility that primarily treats opiate addicts. (heroin/oxycontin)My husband also works with me as a therapist. We met in graduate school at Illinois State University where we both got our masters degree in counseling psychology.
We just got back from my son's Make A Wish trip to Disneyworld. He was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis (NF1)and...Expand for more
he just finished up 16 m onths of chemotherapy. He has tumors on his optic nerves and a brain stem/cerebellum tumor as well.
My daughter is 9 and is a bright, energetic, and beautiful little personality.
I like to make jewelery in my spare time, not that there is much of that with working full time and raising children.
