Helen's Story

Hi Everyone, I was by no means popular, I wasn't pretty and I was fat and often felt out of place. I became a nurse specializing in heart/lung transplants. And have been incredibly lucky to work with some pretty famous surgeons. I have survive cancer twice. I am an advocate for our veterans. I believe not enough can be done for them and their sacrifices. And may God protect them. I have worked all over our Country and often feel overwhelmed by her beauty and wonders. passion for whitewater rafting takes me to many remote areas, I guess I would be considered to be a gypsy due to I never stay anywhere for very long. I love the outdoors and the forest and fishing. I live my beliefs and true to my morals. I wish everyone gets to live their dreams. Now my new quest is to track my family's heritage which has been quite intriguing. My journey has taken me to New England and out West. The more I learn I am truly honored to have such a rich heritage.
