Helena's Story
My nickname is Lucy & that's how most people know me!
I always wanted to be a Archaeologist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a stupid idea. As it turns out, they were right.
I was born in Connecticut; moved to The Bronx when I was 5; lived & worked there until 1995, when my husband & I moved to the Phoenix area. We moved to Surprise AZ in October 1996 & have lived there since. This was CULTURE SHOCK!!! The worst problem I encountered here was lack of Courtesy and downright rudeness - this DOES NOT REALLY EXIST IN NEW YORK, BELIEVE ME! Mid-westerners are rude & impolite. New Yorkers have manners & give people their space.
I love cats & I have 3 that I adopted from a local pet center. I am an AZ Diamonbacks fan & I wonder if the AZ Cardinals will ever be a real football team!
My 2 daughters live in NY & we go back at least once a year to be with them.
I was an X-Ray Tech in NY & did Medical Billing; now I sell Real Estate in AZ! Nolthing like having fun!!!
