Jack's Story

Life While attending USC (Internat'l Rel/Economics) + grad work in Marketing, I met my wife (49 years now) who was a student at San Diego State. We moved to Hayward and I joined a family business which I developed into Bert's Big & Tall. We moved to Israel in 1979 for idealogical reasons and have been here for 34 years. I work as a financial consultant principally with Israeli hi-tech startups and serve on the board of directors of one of Israel's largest financial institu...Expand for more
tions. My wife founded and directed for 16 years the first early intervention center for young developmentally dealyed children in Israel. We enjoy travel and go frequently to Europe. All 3 of our children live and work in Israel. Our oldest daughter teaches Japanese at Haifa University and our son is an English language voiceover artist doing work both in Israel as well as throughout the world.Our youngest daughter is a Doula and her husband has a PhD in Music Composition.
