My new toy came today. A polar A370 fitness tracker. It came after my morning run but now it is all charged up and ready to go tomorrow!

Each week I try to watch at least one documentary while working out. This week I watched Netflix’ 13th. Very interesting look at the 13th amendment, our prison system and racism. Tomorrow back to Mad Men.

I rode my bike up to Boulder this morning and met Beth for a shorter bike ride and lunch. All together I booked 24.8 miles today and had a fun day. It is always nice to catch up with friends.
