Henry's Story

Life I married in 1979 to Gloria Bumgardner. We have one daughter, Raili Brooke, who was born in December 1981. She graduated GRC High School in 2000 and Eastern Kentucky University in 2005. She is now married to Kyle Raney and they live in Winchester. We owned a small retail appliance & electronics store that we started in May 1981 and closed in December 2000. a mortgage loan officer in Winchester, she started at Peoples Commercial Bank and is now working for Peoples Exchange Bank. I served 5 years as County Magistrate of the 7th district of Clark County, then 2 1/2 years as Clark County Treasurer and was elected Clark County Judge-Executive in 2007. I am in my 3rd year of that term and plan on running for re-election in 2010.
